This is a great simplified melody for Jambalaya. The lyrics are included in the tab. Learn them! It will help you memorize the song and internalize the melody in an instinctual way. Try to play the melody notes and sing, or speak the words at the same time. There are a few sixteenth notes which will require some alternate picking. If you need to, use the tempo slider to adjust to needs. You can also use the difficulty slider to make it easier and dial out some of those sixteenth notes.
