Once you learn the melody, you can embelish your playing by putting emphasize on the most distinct melody notes (listen to some vocal version of the song to find out where they are). If you want to make your solo sound a little less "obvious", spice it up with emphasizing the bluesy notes (bar 3, bluesy licks) and add more left-hand techniques (slides, hammer-ons).
