The Modern Style of banjo often combines different banjo playing techniques. It's become quite common for players to be well versed in Scruggs Style, melodic and single string. This version of Arab Bounce for banjo does just that. You'll learn some foundational techniques here. There are some very common melodic and Scruggs style phrases that have been simplified to be a bit more playable.
Remember to use the focus feature to work on any tough measures or sections. Measures 19 & 20 together form a classic Scruggs riff. Make sure you can play the measures individually well, then use focus to loop both measures together to listen, learn and practice this great piece of bluegrass banjo vocabulary. You'll hear it in tunes like Groundspeed and John Hardy.
