Single string playing can be very tough at high speeds. Make sure to practice some single string exercises, slowly at first, that work on building facility with the picking and fretting hands. This single string exercise will be a great warmup to practice regularly before working on single string style tunes.

Divide and conquer. Work on this tune in pieces. Use the focus feature to practice a measure at a time. You can also practice by leaving out the fretting hand and only playing what's going on with the pick hand. It will sound weird, but it will really help you understand what's required of the pick hand in each measure.
