Keep on the Sunny Side - Scruggs Style - Basic

Back
  • Scruggs Style - Basic
  • Key   C
  • Tempo   80 bpm
  • Tuning   gDGBD

This simplified Scruggs Style version of Keep on the Sunny Side uses roll patterns interwoven with the melody. The forward roll and the forward backward roll are used a lot, so make sure to practice those separately. Try out some licks to add in some more authentic Scruggs style and melodic flavor.
