In this basic string crossing exercise you will use alternate picking to play on the "outside" of a group of two strings. Each down stroke should go past the next string to help set you up for the following up stroke on the string below. The same goes for your upstrokes. They should go past the string below to help set you up for the following downstroke. Make sure to follow the fingerings in the guitar tablature.
