Pick and grin. That's all there is to it boys and girls! Slurs and hammer-ons will help you get a silky smooth sound in this single string arrangement. You'll also get to use the middle finger(who doesn't love that :) to avoid some treacherous string crossing, but try keeping that thumb-index picking pattern for an extra challenge.
