Arpeggio means you play chord notes one at a time. When that is combined with alternate picking and multiple string crossings on guitar you end up with crosspicking. Here, the melody for Wayfaring Stranger is joined together with crosspicked arpeggios. It's a great way to fill space between melody notes and gives a big and beautiful sound. If you are familiar with chord shapes you'll easily be able to see those in the guitar tablature and hear them when you listen with Tunefox. This is a great study in arpeggios, crosspicking and chord shapes for any guitar player.

Side note: many arpeggios don't require crosspicking, and a lot of crosspicking is not an arpeggio. There are great examples of both in the licks. Remember, arpeggios are just chord notes played one at a time.
