Time to learn some basic vamping for Angel Band on the verse and chorus. Take a close look at the banjo tablature. Many measures show you the basic vamping pattern to navigate a measure of rhythm for G, C, D and a few measures that are "split". Some measures are empty. This is done to encourage you to memorize the basic pattern and apply it to other measures that have the same chord or chord changes. Take time to review and think through this before playing it top to bottom. Make sure you can play each pattern that's written out and practice your chord changes thoroughly.
After getting down the basics there are some fun rhythmic and chordal variations to explore in the licks. Use the focus feature and tempo slider to listen and practice repeatedly.
