This is a beautiful melody from an old English folk tune. The melody was also used for the popular holiday song, "What Child is This". There's two Scruggs style versions of this tune. One in double C and one in drop C. Check them both out to get some different ideas of how to interpret this classic English folk tune. The melody for Greensleeves is also used for "What Child is This".
