Learn the basic A minor blues scale on the guitar. The A minor "blues" scale adds just a single passing tone to the A minor pentatonic scale. The A minor pentatonic scale notes are: A C D E G. Add in an E "flat" and we get the A minor blues scale: A C D Eb E G.
