This is a basic arrangement of the J.D. Crowe instrumental Blackjack. The right hand roll patterns are based on the way J.D. plays(minus the hammers, pulls and slides). There is no fret hand embellishment in this tab, but if you check out the licks, you'll find great Crowe, Scruggs, Melodic, Arpeggio, and Single String licks to use!Learn
J.D. Crowe wrote this great instrumental for banjo. This is a transcription of his playing. 2 times through down the neck, and 2 times through up the neck. He capoed at the 5th fret when he played it, but you can learn it without a capo. If you're playing at a jam or with a group make sure you let them know which one you are doing before kicking it off!Learn
