The Clawhammer Sound Begins to take Shape

In this lesson we're doing 4 bum-ditties per measure on a single scale note, then switching to the another scale note in the following measure. Try to remember and incorporate all the techniques learned up until this point. Also, listen as you play. Getting familiar with the sound of this partial G major sound is important. Try not to crane your neck over the fingerboard to see the front of the fretboard. Rely on your sense of touch as much as possible.
