Starting Simple

We've learned the melody. That's the most important part of the song. Focus on accenting melody notes when playing this tune. Listen to the video for an example of that. The tempo is set to 110, but that's a goal - not a starting place. It's nice to hear it at that speed. You get a sense of what it sounds like at tempo. However, let's use the Tempo Slider to start working on this at 40 or 50 BPM. Pause the player. Work one measure, or one note at a time. Do what you need to.
