Now that you’ve learned Red Haired Boy, it may be time to take a look at some more fiddle tunes to start building your repertoire.Salt Creek has a lot of similar melodic lines and chord progression. New Five cent piece is another great fiddle tune to add to your rep. It is in D so a lot of the hand shapes will be very similar to playing in A. You may also want to Check out Freight Train and get comfortable in a new key, C in this case. The arrangement is very simple, so make sure to check out all the Substitution licks.
