Alternate Picking

Now that you have the fretting hand fingering down, let's add in some alternate picking. The reason we do alternate picking is to eventually build speed in our playing. But to build speed, you have to play slow at first and the reason for this is you want to internalize the movement of a relaxed hand when you're picking from the very start.
